hey guys,

quick question- does whey protein degrade much in the microwave?

just trying what works best, oats first then add whey after or put it all in together.

You eata da chicken, da chicken protein unfolds, and is chopped up for amino acids to be used in da energy furnace. Prepare it how you want bro...

Only effect will be the lowered bioavailability of whey by adding it to carbs. But this is not profound, most of us do it all the time anyways
