Hi Guys

my stats

Height - 1.76
weight - 86
age - 24



I am starting my 3rd cycle next month
1-4 - dbol - 50mg ed
1-12 - test e - 900mg

Pct with nolva, clomid and hcg

i just want you guys to check how my diet is looking thanks alot.


8:00 - 5 egg whites + 1 cup of oats

11:00 - whey protein and nuts

13:00 - chicken breasts + table spoon olive oil

16:00 - whey and nuts

18:00 - red meat with veg

21:00 - whey and nuts

pre work out carbs
post work out whey + powerade

You have to weigh your food... You also have too many whey shakes in there with not enough whole foods, add more chicken... Also add 100mg dextrose post workout... What nuts are they? Don't you like peanutbutter?

My body fat is around 13%

13:00 - chicken breasts ( 4 chicken breasts) + table spoon olive oil

16:00 - whey ( 2 big scoops) and nuts

18:00 - red meat ( between 750g ) with veg (100g veg )

21:00 - whey and nuts


Jakes must i take out 11:00 whey and replace it with maybe Tuna??
must i replace the nuts with peanutbutter ( i love peanutbutter)

Get a scale.
A 100g dextrose is too much,have 50g dextrose and more solid carbs with a solid meal post work out.

also,750mg red meal one sitting? is that a lean cut or a rump fatty cut? 4 chickent breasts in 1 meal is to much.

750g Ostrich or tenderise steak , i will change the chicken breast to 2.5 a meal is that fine?? haha i really eat alot ...love my food after a good day of hard training

I recon u split the steak up to 2 meals, have 2 chicken breasts a meal,3l of water before and during training yes, 5-6L in a day is best.
