what i always did when training at that time was blend a shake of oats eggs raisins and whey or some kak the night before, bung it in the fridge, wake up, roll down stairs, down, get in car. Moer weights :)

ps: don't think at that time of the morning, just down it.

if you cant get oats down, take an mrp shake, just a little.
But i wouldve skipped on the mrp carbs and gone bcaa.maybe with a pre workout for oomph

Thanks for the replies guys. I currently have 150g cooked oats with 20g raisins and 30g of protein every morning approx 45min before i workout. I can definitely blend that and down it before work out thanks guys. My real concern is the timing. Can i down that and work out like 5min later? I read that you should normally wait 45min to an hour after pre workout to workout.

i guess i should have mentioned that i work out at home  so no drive to let them oats n raisins settle before i get to a gym. just scared that i wont be getting the best out of my pre workout oats if i eat and lift almost immediately. wot if i worked out on empty and then had a moerse big post workout meal? would that help?

these times are a fcukup of note! i'm really avoiding trying to wake 30min earlier just to eat. starting to think i may just do about 30min of cardio, possibly elliptical cycle in the morning on empty. Then oats, waisins and protein. Back home by 4pm then klap those weights and be very very strict with post work-out meal. What do you reckon?

I still wouldn't recommend doing cardio on an empty stomach, maybe down a whey shake at least then hit cardio. Then have your proper pre workout meal 30-45 mins before afternoon weights. Hopefully DJ can shed some light if he reads this thread.

Im leaning towards fasted cardio then breakfast incl whey...but im ok with having just the whey first.

Thanks DJ and AAS for your guidance.

Related issue guys, i'm trying to stick religiously to 3(carb + protein) meals and 3 (protein + minimal carb) meals. The way it works at the mo is that my last carbs are consumed between 2pm and 3pm at the latest. Moving my workout to the afternoon would mean PW (simple carb and hi protein) + at least another (protein + complex carb meal) about 1.5hrs later. This would take my last combined meal to after 7pm. Would this be ok?

Apologies in advance if my question sounds silly. Just trying to change my mindset to the afternoon workout as well as looking at how to plan my meals as my workouts have always been around mid morning.

Fasted cardio means with out food, which includes whey protein...so cardio on l-carnatine,yohimbine and clen is the best options.

Thanks DJ. Was busy editing in a question on my last post. l-carnitine and clen for sure. Was reading the yohimbine thread and that freaked me out a bit. especially what you said about the bark and i think 00Pump's input as well regarding toxicity. kinda scared me.

The sculpt gel works well. I am liking the clen and yohimbine combination at the moment.

Bro I saw it on the ME forum. Its called sculpt gel. Topical application like 30min before workout. Saw only good reviews but when I saw a certain fit squirrel give it the thumbs up I knew it was for real. Hehe. I cud post the link but not too sure bout the rules on here so just google yohimbine sculpt gel evolution.

My apologizes man, I do remember DJ praising sculpt gel somewhere. Had no idea what it was though, just did some research on it looks really good actually, I think it worths a go then but I notice DJ often encourages Clen + Yohimbine cycles, I recall him saying they work in synergy with each other.

Thinkin the same thing. Can't see why the stack won't be just as effective with the yohimbine being absorbed thru the skin. Most important is I can use the gel to target specific areas. As soon as I'm all setup n comfy with new routine / hours I'm gonna try the gel. Apparently with clean eatin and an efficient routine shud see decent results in week. Will definitely post results.

Edit your post bud, remove the price, your not allowed to talk prices here. I can't really comment on the scupt gel but it seems good. Defiantly give clen and yohimbine stack a consideration.
