hey bud. why not try ondier's whey isolate? it's probably the best tasting whey I've had

Not a big fan of Evox's Whey anymore due to those reasons. I like SSN, but quite pricey now. Using Ondier's (BSSA) Whey atm and I can vouch for it.

He sells it by the kg. Make sure you get the isolate if your'e concerned about taste as the concentrate is unflavoured

I know 00Pump commented on this once before and he said Evox Synergy helps with the gas or there is something else you can put in your whey which you can just buy from Dischem, which does the same thing, just can't remember what it was called...hopefully someone can?? (HINT HINT, NUDGE NUDGE, WINK WINK) LOL :P

It's crap. The protein content is very low, so there's not a lot of isolate in it.

lol ok bud. you really should add more variety to your protein sources. I know I couldn't stomach everything I was supposed to,just because there wasn't much variation. biltong could work as well.

if you still want casein, you can check here www.supplementworld.co.za/product?cat=192 or at basicsupplements.co.za. I know a few people have been complaining about basic supps lately though.

goodluck
