A very yummy Low Fat Yogurt Chicken.
Place 500ml of plain fat free yoghurt in a baking dish
Add some cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic and chilli (the fresh little containers from Woolies are great) and curry paste.
Mix it all up.
Add some chicken breasts – about 4 -6 , either whole or cut into chunks.
Marinade for about half an hour then pop in the oven at 180 for 20 – 30 minutes.
Serve with some basmati rice and a side salad of tomato, green pepper and onion cut into small pieces – add some balsamic and olive oil
voila – a quick healthy low fat meal in half an hour.
