so end of the month update.
Weight is at 78.5 kg and slowly climbing, determined to get past 80 before I use any more muti... If I do it'll be the first time I've ever reached 80kg naturally. Pushing it to the max so that when I do run my next cycle I can reach unchartered territory.

Just had my bodyfat percentage done and, depending on which formula you choose, it ranges from 7 to 10 percent... So long as it goes no higher I'm happy to keep bulking... I seem to hold most fat on my back :/ guess I'll have to train back harder :P

Um, but im scared of needles...

flip I wanna get to 90 so badly, I reckon I'll look boss at 90. I've seen the difference 5kg of muscle makes to me now, the difference between 78 and 83... So another 7kg on top of that will be insane. Really wanna compete again this year so if all things go well, I can diet down from there and weigh in at 79.9 dry and shredded.

Next cycle is gonna be NPP and either prop or supertest. Was thinking 12 weeks of NPP and supertest at 1280mg per week

975mg Supertest, 300mg test prop, 450mg NPP, 525mg equipoise will be a solid start front load with 50mg Naps week 1-2 and 100mgs week 3-4. Bridge with anavar and proviron.

sounds awesome, but my pocket won't like that right now... Will leave the equi out this time. So will need 4 bottles of each, prop, supertest and NPP... Hmm, doing the math and that might be a bit much
