Hey guys,

I just thought i would open a thread for the next 11 weeks . I am entering the Gauteng North novice on the 28 April .

Ok stats are :

weight : around 96kg
height : 1.76
bodyfat was about 13% a week and a half ago

1: The plasters are from 3 lesions i had removed today
2: the scar on my back (top left ) was from a mark removed (removed because there was a concern for Malenoma)
3: I know i need a tan , so after the stitches are out i will get one :LOL:
4: My dermatologoist said we will have all marks will be much better by the time of the contest
5: Once i have had a few posing classes i will post better pics.
6: DJ is helping me with all the prep

I have been so sick since yesterday, apparently a new bug in the air. hopefully i will be able to keep my food down from tomorrow!!!!!

I know there is still a LOT of work to do , but i am sure we will get there.

Age: 25
Have no idea what bf% i will be ending up on.

According to the bio, majority of my bf% readings came to 13.0 and 13.6, the odd reading was 14.3, so i guess it could be a bit higher than 13%, but out of the bio's mouth its closer to 13.

Tying all of that out is a bit of a mission.

Looking good bud, as Vega said good Muscularity. legs are Thick as well.
Just one crit I would say get into more pullups for back width. I would say you are 13% not higher

Thanks guys , well weight i hope will obviously be at he top of a weight class ,at the moment i have no idea what i am going to land up on .

@koe , thanks bud , yeah dj has me doing pullups so hopefully back width will increase over the next few weeks

Woke up this morning feeling even worse , i am making mor runs than hansie cronje in a good cricket season . Nothing seems to stay down , so for now i am just putting in shakes , so hopefully i will feel better soon , because weight is dropping quickly now

Hey guys just an update , woke up thi morning at 91.9kg , bodyfat is is dropping nicely , will have it checked next week , also dropping the long esters from next week and going on short esters . Will post some pics after i checked bodyfat again

First need a couple of posing classes , hahaha , but i will post some posing pics soon , well coming off the long esters this week and going onto some tren ace , masteron and test prop , orals will come in at about 6weeks out dj said . I just have to get some more back width , but training has changed this week so we will se in a couple of weeks
