I had a few setbacks at the start of the prep , but the last one caused me to withdraw , i took a week off from everything to decide what i wanted to do , so i will be working with dj the rest of the year and i will compete next year

Sorry to hear about the setbacks, clean bulking for the rest of the year now I take it?

Good progress man. Have you gotten any help with your poses yet? Iv been reading into contest as I would like to compete in the future aswell. I can't help much but iv got a pretty good posing routine if you'r interested. Real fluent and n good veriety. Give me a heads up if you'r interested bud.

@ Deadgoat. Yeah i would think clean bulking , but we will see what dj has in store for the rest of the year , we got lots of time now
