discipline will come with time, as soon as the results come it will be easier. I know how you feel, been of the cigs for a few days now and I am craving so badly. But it takes a lot of will power bru. Good luck

bro u have lost 6.5-7kgs already, that should be the motivating factor, also you need to watch some motivational bodybuilding posts on you tube, do u think those guys got like that by skipping on their weight training sessions or eating mums curry? nope i dont think they did. you gotta surround yourself with the mind set of i wanna get a six pack and i will do what ever it takes for me to get it...cos if you cheat now and give up now and NOT COMPLETE YOUR WORK OUTS AND GIVE IN BEFORE YOU EVEN START you will be sitting 5months down the line thinking wow i wish i actually pushed myself...

I'm not sure if DJ has you on keto, or low carbs, or just a plain cal deficit, so I don't know if this will help but I eat breyani when dieting... I just make it with brown basmati, I don't put oil into the pot, I add a lot more chicken than is common, and do other things like add cinnamon to the garam etc...

If anything you will be able to incorporate healthier varieties of breyani into your diet when you've finally dropped all the weight you need to.

And well done so far :)

Sorry if I offend you

You have to get your mind right when dieting , it is not easy , but if you want something bad enough nothing should stop you from getting there , i always say results motivates , and if you already half way through , just stick to it and you will get there and feel ten times better than before . And i am sure you do get a cheat meal a week , it is something to work hard for during the week :)

Don't make yourself your worst enemy bud. If you learn dedication and patience you will succeed in anything bro. Nobody loves dieting, I hate it! But we gotta do what we gotta do.
