i would cut down the 5 full eggs down to 2 or 3,split half your chicken with your eggs in the morning with the eggs with the oats. then split your 400g of red meat into another meal during the day. you need to add veg to every solid meal you are having during the day.

Thanks for the input, why do you suggest splitting the chicken and the red meat? Here's a revised version, thoughts?

Pre-Workout Meal:
50g Whey Concentrate
100g Oats

Post-Workout Meal:
50g Whey Concentrate
50g Dextrose/Maltodextrin

1 Hour Post-Workout Meal:
200g Red Meat
50g Oats

Meal 1:
3 Whole Eggs
200g Chicken Breast
100g Oats

Meal 2:
200g Chicken Breast
50g Peanut Butter
2 Cups of Veg

Meal 3:
200g Red Meat
50g Peanut Butter
2 Cups of Veg

Meal 4:
50g Casein
50g Almonds

Good to hear, in the 1 hour post workout meal would you suggest keeping it at 50g or perhaps upping it to a 100g? Will they get used at a 100g? I was thinking of switching my carb source from oats to future life for a week or 2, is that ok?
