So I'm starting week 8 of my first cycle and have 4 weeks left until my bridge.
I'm thinking of adding some winstrol and
clen during my waiting period before pct.
My question is should I then eat maintenance
calories and bang cardio, or should I have a
small deficit (200-300 cal) with cardio 2-3 times
a week. Fasted of coarse.
