Hey bro's

So I'm starting week 8 of my first cycle and have 4 weeks left until my bridge.

I'm thinking of adding some winstrol and
clen during my waiting period before pct.

My question is should I then eat maintenance
calories and bang cardio, or should I have a
small deficit (200-300 cal) with cardio 2-3 times
a week. Fasted of coarse.

Did you only cycle 8 weeks?

Keep cals the same add the winny and clen and proviron. Do cardio 3-4x a week for 20-30min, do intervals of 1min active rest and 2min working set.

Nope. My cycle will be 12 weeks. Only on week 8 now.

Thought I'd gather some info and finalize the last of my plans.

Since this is a bulk, I have a 400-500 calorie surplus. Is it still advisable to keep calories the same and just include the cardio?
