What to do now?

My friend is 80kgs and @ 12% BF, got a good build and wants to compete in a year or so, he is currently cutting till he reaches 8% BF and then wants to cycle and bulk. What do you guys suggest he do now? Go for massive bulk or lean bulking? Should he stop the cardio and what diet do you suggest. Im still trying to convince him about a DJ diet.

What cycle would you suggest for this guy? He is definitely an ecto but has come far with hard work and looking good actually. Lol.

Has done test cyp @ 250mg EW with dbol @ 30mg ED frontload, winny @ 30mg ED bridge stacked with proviron 40mg ED. PCT was clomid,nolva,ovidrel,aromasin. Gained 7kgs.

500mg of test with good diet and training should give him similar if not better results
