i am bridging now.I dont smoke.PS triple V is the smoker and drinker.I drink once a year.And the Mcdonalds was for my weekly cheat meal.i see nothing wrong there :angry:

No he was not suppose to.i talked everything over with dj he gave advice and i followed it.he did not condone it but he did help me allot with the cycle as well as the diet(great oke) i want to compete next year so size is whats needed.The reason i did not post about it is because people on this site dont condone it so i just did not step into the firing range.I am serious about this spending between 3-5k on food a month and buying supps from ondier.so its all good.In December i will hook up with diet to start contest prep.at this stage the opinions of others dont phase me.I am 19 turning 20 it was not a light decision.I did it properly so no regrets and its all forwards from here.

no i want to see what you look like at 102. I don't want you to lose water.

And you want to make comments like spend the money i did? Not everyone has daddy to throw cash at them big guy. Some of us work our asses off just to afford protein. I work till early hours of the morning and wake up at 5 everyday, sometimes with 2-3 hours sleep, to drive into varsity just so i can get there, so please lets keep those kind of statements under wraps.
