you can "cycle" your carbs when bulking so that off days are a little lower to try and keep body fat levels down,.

Thanks for the responses. Ok so on training says I have 4 carb meals (meal 1 - 100g Potatoes, pre-workout - 100g Oats, post-workout - 50g dextrose, about 1 hr post workout - 100g Oats) so for the non training would you suggest limiting that to the first 3 meals like VonD does, Meal 1: 100g Potatoes, Meal 2: 100g Oats, Meal 3: 100g Oats

Why only 100g potato in morning? It's only like 27g of carbs

Increase your potato to 200-250g.100g is not enough.

You can also go for 100g Oats morning, 100g Oats Pre Workout and 200g Brown Rice an hour after your dextrose and whey.

This is a load of bullshit about carbs not being had at night,u need carbs post work out for recovery end of story,so if its your last meal of the day or half way through the day or first thing in the morning,it doesn't matter aslong as it is within your daily calorie allowance...I have guys having their last 2 meals of the day with carbs. Its about carb timing,if its post work out and right before bed makes no difference as long as its post work out.

Thanks for clearing that up dj, it just I have herd plenty peeps say that no carbs after 4pm causr your metabolism slows down becuse body knows its going to sleep. So any carbs will go to fat storage instead of glycogen. I believe bro, don't stress, I just want to learn and understand why. I tols you that result I got from sticking to your diet was phenomiinal with regard to how little effort I put into training and concidering I diett at like 70 % capacity.
