Normal Eggs vs Egg White Powder was created by Juice
I've always preferred normal eggs because of the fact they are a whole food but am curious as to the disadvantages and advantages (if any) of switching to an Egg White Powder which is say 80% protein.

I'm meaning in terms of nutritional value, less fat but surely normal eggs are better for you and building muscle

Egg protein powder is generally used by people who are lactose intolerant. For the rest of us, whey is much cheaper.
