1 large egg (about 50g net weight) = protein 6.3g, fat 5g, carbs 0.4g

chicken breast (100g raw) = protein 22-23g, fat 2g, carb 0g.

not 100% sure about the beef steak. would depend on the cuts

Why do you use the raw values rather than the cooked one's?

Food is usually weighed before cooking. it's easier this way, but if you do it after, that's fine too. as long as you aren't saying that 100g uncooked = 100g cooked. you have to take into account moisture loss.
