Protein/carb/fat ratio??? was created by extra small
Hey guys

(excuse the spelling mates)

First of my stats are:

Hight: 189cm
Weight: 83kg
Age: 21
Bf: 8.6%
TDEE: 3537 Going to work on 3900 Cals/day (the 3537 is with 10% added to buld mucsle)
This is my 5th year training

Cycle history...
1 fool-around cycle
1 decent cycle and diet finished end of November 2011 went up to 93kg 7.9% bf

So my question is what is the ratio of p/c/f i know there isn't a one size fits all but im looking for guide lines and yes i have red the stikies on this site.I want to eat this diet for some time and then do another bread-and-butter cycle with anapolin but that's another topic. So if u guys can help me in the right direction then i would appreciate it and then i can calculate my macro-nutrients with every meal.If that is taken care of then i will post my version of a diet and you guys can give me some pointers on it.

Thanks in advance

1.5g of protein per pound of body weight, then depending on your metabolism more carbs than fats but they shoild make up the rest of your calories.

1.5g Protein, 1g Carbs, 0.5g Fat/per pound of body weight is a good place to start

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

My protein:carbs:fat ratio has been giving me good results while I've been off a cycle. I'm starting a dbol/testcyp cycle soon and my understanding is that I should increase my calories. I'd this true and why?

Should I increase protein or carbs or fats or all three proportionally?

Yes u need to increase cals to grow. Work out maintanance cals and increase with 500 cals. You have a calorie surplus to grow, calorie deficit to cut.

@juice i will be consuming 2689cals per day if i use the 1.5P/1c/0.5f ratio
Will i gain fat if i use the 3900cals per day diet?

If i go with 1.5g protein per pound of body weight my daily protein will be 278g and my carbs at 1g/pound will be 185g
and fat at 0.5g/pound 93g.
what do u guys think of 40/30/30 ratio p/c/f is this a good platform to work from?
