So for some one having 300g of carbs a day 60g for breakfast,60g for pre work out and 60g post workout(in a shake form) then another 60g in whole food,then the additional 60g of carbs split between the rest of your meals. I mean koe was on 700g of carbs off season this year, we had to split his carbs to all meals but still had the bulk of the carbs those 3x a day.
