howsit.. just a general question, not sure if there is an answer..
For the past month i have been following a diet, at first i wasnt hungry at all to eat all the food and as i went on i found myself getting more and more hungry during the day.
Now i find that i dont get as hungry anymore.
Why is this, did my metabolism spike which made me feel hungry all the time and now it has balanced out?
If this is something that happens to people who follow a strict diet then is there something I should do? Maybe time to up my calories? or my body just doesnt want the same food anymore :sick:
