Geezzzzzz!!!!

Once I decide to really not cheat, and focus on cutting down the bf I have to most annoying crave for sweets, From Choclates to suckers, to toffee's...

I do have a cheat meal once a week, or at least try to only cheat once a week, but this is killing me... :(

What do you okes do, if any of you suffer from the same sweet syndrome???

hey bro.

I had a similar experience when I first started dieting. craved the strangest thing. dates - and I hate them! lol

I found increasing my carbs helped a little. just stuck to my diet and the cravings subsided.

goodluck

9 spoons at 30 calories each is an additional 270 calories making weight loss slower...calories are still calories even if from protein.

If you eat 6-8 small meals a day your should not get such bad cravings due to constant sugar levels. I usually eat some nuts and that helps a lot. My cheatmeal is usually like an extra 20g of raisins

I really love chocolate but have done very well not to eat it with my current diet. Problem now is that easter is coming and there are chocolate bunnies everywhere and i really like them. I now give my girlfriend the shopping list and avoid the shops till after easter. Now that is bad!

Try weigh-less mouse mixed with whey or without it. Or try that calorie, carb, fat free jelly. If you chew on food and spit it out does it still count as calories? Still gross though.

Lets go!

I agree that minty gum is a great craving killer - just be aware that it makes your digestive enzymes flow which MAY make you hungry and could be problematic if you are restricting calories.

I'm curious to see the comments about chewing and spitting out food! Couldn't you just do that with anything then like chocolate even....????

Personally nikinunu, I prefer ladies that swallow
