In the download section there is the Nutrition planner. (if you have not seen it yet)

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

if you want a good website use www.calorieking.com OR www.nutritiondata.com
Those two website I find are the best.

Cool will try it out.

Another question,I'm currently working out my calorie intake and im trying to structer the diet so im taking in 50%Protien 30%Carbs and 20% Fat but man im struggling, no matter how much food i take out,add or replace i cannot 100% get the percentage of each food group correct.

Is there some specail formula that i dont know about? Or is this somnething i have to workout as i go along.

Thanks
Again

as Dj said, no need to be too concerned if the margin of error is so small ... its going to take you a while anyways to adjust and find what works for you

I'm cutting now, I personally find high protein, low carbs and highish fats works well.
Carbs around training time works well.. VERY well actually when cutting.

This is my choice
Fats: Almond nuts, natural peanut butter, evening primrose gel caps, fish oil gel caps, avocado oil and omega seeds.
Protein: Chicken, Mackerel/tuna, egg whites, whey
Carbs: Oats, basmati rice, and preworkout drink
