lean bulk vs all out bulk was created by VonD
Just the basic question of which one will lead to the best gain of lean muscle.

The lean bulk minimizes fat gain so it therefore minimizes muscle loss when cutting down.

All out bulk leads to more fat gain and therefore to more muscle loss during cutting.

But will the all out bulk lead to more lean muscle gain so that it outweighs the lean bulk in final results?

all out bulk leads to more fat gain and weight, i would go more lean mass every time, fat takes forever to cut down bro. the amount of muscle gain might be 1-2 kgs more if that but the fat gain can be 5-10kgs more depending on your diet.

It would depend on your personal goals. If your looking to compete i wouldnt go over 12% bodyfat because you dont want to spend much time on cutting down which causes muscle loss. If your just a recreational bodybuilder i would go for all out bulk and all out cut. Its like giving your body a break and then testing yourself and while your cutting down from 15 or 16% bodyfat to about 6-8% you realise how strong you really are. Guess it just depends what you want to do.

Lets go!
