did you see the 3400cal diet is divided in 40/40/20 prot/carbs/fats respectively?
I was under the impression for building you'll need the 50/30/20
but the dietician that looked at my diet used 20/50/30 approach..
WTF? 30% fats
Thats was partly why I needed the advice of you gents...!
ps: cottage cheese can become expensive..any recommended replacement maybe?
