Beginners advice was created by Digby2Small
Dear Body building Brothers,

I need advice on my next cuttin cycle. I'm 1.78 115kg with around 41% fat, yeah I know thats really bad but 5 months ago I was 140kg and have used nothing but cardio and good diet to loose the weight. What I want to know is what should I combine with winstrol for my first cycle heat, eca or bee sting to obtain maximum fat burning power? (File Removed)

Personally id leave the winstrol for now and rather get clen and mabe some t3 as it seems you want to loose quite alot of weight still...
If you go this route then cycle clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and take eca or one of the others you mentioned when ur not on clen, this will probably give you some great results if you stick to lots of cardio and a clean dieet...
(Fat burning is best when done @ 60-70 % of ur heart rate)

ok quadboy i wouldnt suggest t3 to some one with out knowing how long they have been training for....

Digby2Small how long u been training for,how is your diet(post up your daily diet) and what your training routine like....winstrol is not a fat burner but it makes u hold on to lean muscle whilst on a low calorie diet,so therefore ur first port of call is your diet....

Breakfast

Day1 Day2
1cup oats 1cup museli
1Tsp cinnamon 350ml 2% milk
10g raisins
Salt and suger to taste.

3 snack fruits for the day usually melom, Watermelons, double apples andd I drink between 2.5l - 4l water perday.
Supper is always green and orange veggies (lettuce sld and steamed butternut, or romana spinach sld and steamed pumpkin ect;) . Protien is always hake, skinless chicken breasts, tuna steak, or Calmari. It works lke the bomb for me.
Training is a sinch, I do between 90min - 180min cardio interval training @ between 60-80% or my heart rate 5 to 6 times a week before breakfast. I sleep the do weights routine 2- 3 times a week. i been happy with the results as sailor in whore house.(",)

no offence but your diet is not gonna cut it if u planning on trying to put on muscle and u also u are not weight training enough..90 - 180mins of cardio???? shit dude that fucking 3 hours of cardio...thats extreme...what u should be trying to do is put on more muscle...if u look at your body like a car engine,a car with 1.6l engine is going to use a decent amount of fuel, but if u look at a car with 4.8l V8 in it that burns the same amount of fuel 5times faster than the 1.6l. so u gotta concentrate on putting on muscle....why not look at doing 30-45mins cardio post work out and then u hit the weights 4 times a week, 2 days on 1 day off (just do cardio on this day) 2 days on again...this should be brilliant for putting on some muscle and getting that fat burning revving...

look at having 6 meals a day, protein must be present in every meal. carbs in the first 4 meals and then the last 2 have fibrous green vegitables, try have your orange veg earlier on in the day as it might be quite high in carbohydrates and the idea is to have your carbs early in the day as u want to burn that energy off before u rest at night.... try switch it up a bit and see what works for u...your protein sources are excellent... but i must just say that i think that you need to drop that fruit intake... limit your fruit intake to 1 a day. add in more complex carbohydrate such as basmati rice, brown rice, potato, sweet potato, oats, pronutro, beans etc...look in the dieting and contest prep section to calculate your daily food intake....
