Hey Chemical G,
YOU right most places are purely concerned with the taste factor and not the nutritional value of THE food. Sad but true, when i eat out i am always very specific with regards to the way in which the kitchen prepares my food and I tell them plainly that if they dont get it right i will not pay for my food, especially if i am dieting, one time in 2006 i was dieting for nationals and decided to go for a breakfast with friends at the M**g AND B*** , what a disaster, i told them one yolk, they put them all in, i said no butter , they used loads of butter thats all i could taste, shit i was pissed and running tren too!LOL
Anyway most times they get it reasonably right,
check out NANDOS- eat strips and rice, order extra strips and get them to chop pineapple in it, i could live on that.
Steers do flamed chick breast tikka, order a salad in place of chips.
KFC -Order strips and extra strips grilled and get them in a wrap plain.
Global wraps- down here in durbs i think all the stores are closed but i know up in gauteng thay are still running, order their thai peanut wrap with extra chicken and not too much sauce.
These are all takeaways i know but with the restaurants i just tell them and give them the evil stare.
Hope this helps some guys!
Regards MYOTEST1
