Just out of curiosity I put together an Excel spread sheet of my monthly food, supplements and vitamin bill.
I know I get supplements at a very good price, same with my meat but was just wondering how much each one of you "gym rats" spend on your bodies?
All this below is pretty much for a 2800 CLEAN CLEAN calorie diet.
Also keep in mind I am prep'ing for contest and excludes all my gear and the little extra's.

Height: 175cm
BF: 5%
Here is a small break down of what my list looks like
FOOD TOTAL: R1,742.00
Chicken, Steak, Fish, Eggs, EFA Oils, Rice, Oats, Potato's, Veggies etc.
VITAMIN TOTAL: R401.00
Zinc, Vitamin C, Kelp, Cal & Magnesium, Multi Vit, B12, Milk Thistle
SUPPLEMENT TOTAL: R1,340.00
Whey Concentrate, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, T2, T3 Action (ECA)
MONTHLY TOTAL: R3,483.00
