Keeping muscle after operation was created by Gixxer
Was in a bike accident few days ago, broke arm badly, 4 plates & a lot of screws. whole arm in plaster. Was in good form 100kg 7% BF 1.83M.

WORRIED that i'm gonna loose all my hard earned gains! especially my upper body which i wont be able to train for at least 6 weeks. Taking cissus q and l glutamine as supps with multi vit's. Anyting else i can do to minimize catabolism / muscle loss?

Best you can do is keep to you diet. But at the same time not exercise. Let your body heal.

I was off gym for 3 months after surgery in my arm.

I lost allot of my gains, but picked it all back in 2 months with proper training and eating..

In you case maybe some deca will help you heal alot quicker

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.
