Don't worry if it looks lower than expected. Your true levels are probably quite a bit higher.
The method of T level measurement by immunoassays used by pathcare and lancet can only test total testosterone accurately to ±52-55nmol/L. Anything above that is above the range of that testing method.
Free T is then calculate using your numbers from Total T and SHBG so that is also going to be inaccurate.
