Hi Iron Fam,
I am an old forum member, was relatively active from 2008 - 2014, have been out the "scene" for a few years now, don't exactly know how I have ended up back here but here I am.
I am going to start this thread so long even before I have uploaded pics of my bloods until I hear from the admins which photo hosting site they would prefer I use.
Background,
Age: 31
Height: 1.81m
Weight: 75kg
Bodyfat: probably around 15%, will try do a skinfold this week.
Waist: 31"
Last cycle ended 2014. Test E, NPP, Tren E, Var.
Results were epic. Physique was on point, have never been so lean, vascular and mesomorphic looking in my life.
Life style changes since then
Pretty sedentary from around 2016-2018, just really walks/light runs now and then, easy hikes and sex. No iron was lifted for many years, wont go into why, many factors, mostly mentality and university. Tbh though I was absolutely amazed for how long I maintained my physique for with no training.
In 2015 I had a little incident with stimulants one night during exams, over did it, and my heart rate was out of control, beating harder and faster than it had in years. I kept feeling like I was on the brink of losing consciousness, I had to lie down flat to lessen symptoms and tried to curb it with alprazolam – did nothing. Eventually I got concerned to the point where I got someone to take me to casualty as I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I was put on a drip of fluids, cant remember if I was given anything else and then I was just monitored until I finally came right and my heart rate and BP normalised and went home and that was that,
around June 2016 I went plant based diet wise and have been since.
Sex drive, libido and Erection performance was solid for the last few years, although libido started dipping around the start to mid last year, stress levels were very high with uni at this point aswell. At the same time my hair start thinning RAPIDLY and I began seeing VERY noticeable amounts of hair on my books and desks after long study sessions and around test and exam periods.
I then began to notice that my dormant gyno lumps which had not had any flare ups in years, even after my last cycle, began to itch, get painful and were definitely growing. I went in for bloods and discovered my DHEA-S, Total test, SHBG and ofcourse E2 were all above the upper limit thresholds. I had to wait a few months until i could get my gyno removed so I ran around 5mg - 10mg Tamoxifen Daily and iirc 50 - 100mcg of Anastrozole EOD leading up to the surgery. This had a distinct effect on te gyno and stopped it in its tracks and actually shrunk it a bit.
I had the gyno removed while conscious (Thanks Alprazolam!) and had a good recovery. I am 95% happy with the result, I have no more glandular tissue at all (surgeon said she removed all glandular tissue and that because I am young and a non smoker that the nipple could still get blood supply from the outer edges), my nipples are now flat with no pointiness or inversion, the 5% that is meh is that I have a bit of scar tissure under the right side, which was the side that bled a bit and needed some draining afterwards, the left side which was in fact the worst side, took to the surgery and healed beautifully.
After recovery I have jumped back into the gym and have begun rehab work that I have been putting off for many years now working on weak/problem areas that I ignored after a major car accident 11 years ago. I still today struggle with daily neck pain and stiffness, lots of clicking and popping, and have actually got myself some BPC and TB500 which I am keen to run but will get to that later in this post.
My latest bloods, around 2 weeks ago, are STILL showing Elevated DHEA-S, SHBG and Total Test. I haven’t seen the endo yet, as he is the only endo close to me, he is booked up around 5 months in advance kind of thing, however he is an old friend of my fathers so my father forwarded him my first set of bloods (before the gyno removal), his response was that it is being caused by the supplements I am taking. So I researched everything I take and have not been able to find and research that states what I am taking would lead to these chronically elevated DHEA-S levels. Further noted, I had my heart checked out at the cardiologist a few weeks ago too as I have been experiencing a chronic pulsing ache or throb in my heart over the last 2 years that comes at completely random times..if there is any “pattern” it is when I use caffeine or Ritalin, but then again, there have been MANY occasions where I have used caffeine, Ritalin, amphetamine with no heart discomfort or palpitation, arrythmia what so ever. From my own research it seemed to be a pericarditis. So I had a echogram done and a EKG stress test. Nothing abnormal was found, except for that I had a slightly “skew” mitral valve, too which I was told was a fairly common thing and that of the level mine was there is no concern. Basically he said, “leave my office and go live a normal life, I think you have anxiety.” What did bother me though was that he is a professor of cardiology, probably around 75 years old, and yet he smelt like cigarettes..hmmmm.
I also went and had a ultrasound of my adrenals and liver done and there was no abnormalities found there. The radiologist did tell me however that the ultrasound can only detect large tumours/growths and not very small ones and that a CT would be needed for that.

DIET
Breakfast is usually Oats or all bran, with Pea protein, flax, chia, sunflower seeds, a banana and cinnamon, sometimes raw cacao too.
Lunch/supper Is usually a massive bowl of steamed mixed woollies veg with brown and wild rice, lentils, butter and black beans. Not all together, but a combination of some. I eat hot sauce daily, callistos or nandos peri peri on most my “Buddha bowls”, sometimes these turn into wraps/burritos.
Junk food meals are burgers, Fry’s Patty’s, tomatoe, red pepper, avo, baby spinach lettuce etc, Fry’s pies and sausage rolls.
Snacks are, avo on low gi whole wheat and table spoons of peanut butter.
I eat the odd orange and apple and fruit salad bowl. I also get a box of blueberries when ever I spot them on the shelves.
Eating out wise, I do eat quite abit of simply asia, its my go to meal when I cant make my own food which has been quite a bit over the last 2 years, it is ALWAYS a 319 Tofu. I can eat around 4 to 6 of these a weak during heavy test/exam periods.
I drink a cup of rooibos and chamomile nearly every night. No sodas etc, I drink a lot of water, either reverse osmosis or spring and I generally always carry a 5L with me where ever I am.
I have pretty shitty sleep patterns and have no consistent sleep pattern or cycle. Naturally I do seem to tend towards a 2am – 10am sleep pattern, however this cant always be due to life

.
Other than that I consume VERY little to no alcohol at all, recreational drug use is down to twice a year kind of thing, nothing heavy or off the “street”, always psychedelics. I don’t consume cannabis at all anymore, stopped around 2015, was a HEAVY user for around 4 years before that.
I do use NSAID painkillers and anti inflammatory mostly for my neck and shoulder once a week kind of things but can go up to 3 to 4 times a week during heavy test and exam periods. I try to cycle my pain killers if using for consistent days or multiple times a week to prevent negatives from each one, Mybulen, Coxflam, Tramadol and Kratom.
Anyway, the purpose of all of this is too see if any of you smart bro’s can help me figure out what may be causing these chronically high DHEA’s Levels and SHBG. I am fantasizing about jumping on to some gear eventually but with a totally different outlook to what I had when I was younger. Im thinking more TRT test dosages, hcg, 600 – 800 primo and 4iu gh..along with BPC and TB500. The slowed down libido has been fantastic for productivity, studies and my deep interest in studying and practicing buddhism but when your girl is 8 years younger than you with a raging libido and wants to bring her friend into the bedroom it makes a man rethink things
