Hey all!
I've been plagued with back issues for the last decade and a half. Last time I was on the forum, Rhino pointed me in the direction of a great surgeon and I've since had an ADR. It's helped with some things, but I'm still having issues. I've been to too many neuros, doctors, physios, bios, chiros to count - and I've yet to really benefit from any medical professional I have seen besides the actual surgery.
With that said, the advice I am looking for here is twofold. It may seem a little off topic, but the I respect the opinions I have received here, the people here generally care for their bodies in a major way and I can't think of a better community to turn to.
Firstly, can anyone recommend a medical professional that can assist with a fairly complicated case of buggered body? I've left so many practices in worse condition than I've arrived, I really need to find something that can assist with learning better body mechanics and navigating my individual imbalances.
Secondly, can anyone comment on if it's worth going down the peptide route and looking at either self medicating or seeing a medical professional regarding this? I'm exhausted from chronic pain and am running out of ideas of what I can do to make getting out of bed every day more tolerable.
Thanks all!
