Accelerating the process, Making up for lost time was created by riaansupplements
Hi there,
I have been a fitness enthusiast for over 10 years now, currently 29 years of age.
I built a great physique naturally until about age 23 when my work took me to places were there was no proper gyms around.
I then lost a lot of weight and just did some bodyweight training.
I have now been back to the gym for the past 2 years training naturally again.
I have no problem training as a natural but I am frustrated that I lost like 5 years of progress.
Any thoughts on how I can speed up my recovery to make up for lost time.
My training and diet is on point it's just the rate of recovery is slow.

Thanks in advance !

Hi,

Weight is currently 82kg, bf probably 15%. calories around 2200 as I am just trying to lean out again after gaining some weight too fast end of last year.

Diet is always around 150g Protein, fats and carbs will take up the rest of the calories, try and keep carbs higher than 200g a day at least.

Training will be Day 1 Chest/Bicep, Day 2 Back/Tricep, Day 3 Shoulder, Day 4 Legs then repeat, 6 days a week one day recovery.

Lifts are mostly 1 power movement/compound movement then more isolation work 12 reps 4 sets per movement. Most final sets until failure depending how my CNS feels on the day. Try and progress on the compound lifts as I go.

howsit bud

by rate of recovery, are you referring to the time it is taking to build muscle again?

also what is your height?

have a read through this and ensure you are getting in the correct amount of calories in order to build though

2200 a day aint that much

there a lot of things on the market now that can assist you
you would just need to decide how soon you want to cross the line and start using some form of PED, if this is the route you eventually choose

Hey man, thanks for the reply.

I am 1.82m yes 2200 is quite low but this is just temporary. I am trying to figure out my game plan for the rest of the year so calories will increase. But it's no use I increase it more than my rate of muscle gain then it just stores fat again. Basically yes speeding up muscle building. As I mentioned I lost 5 years of muscle building opportunity.

ok yeah at your height defs need some more food, but i get that you dont just wana stuff your face everyday

that link i sent you is extremely informative, there is also another sticky about dieting which basically answers any questions you may have about refining your you diet.

just don't let the random bros in the gym tell you to eat some Dbols or shit like like that to put on size, it's not going to work

if you decide to use a SARM or eventually run your first cycle, start a thread about it and you'll get tons of help, as long as you first put in the research and get a understanding regarding the various products out there

have a look into Ostarine and Mk667, as well as Male hybrind ripped, its a good product, currently using it msyelf - just don't expect massive gains with any of the above mentioned products
