Recently I've started taking a tablet of 10mg daily (By Wild Leaf Infusions) and its helped with recovery and significantly reduced the recurrent pain I have in my knees. It's decently priced which helps also.
I would encourage you to try a mix of CBD and THC if you are going to give it a shot. In any case, I have come to the conclusion the THC is the more beneficial.

At the moment I am using a mixture, 30% CBD, 70% THC. First time.
So lets see. If it works, I will let you know.
I battle with inflammation in my body. I have not had my uric acid tested, but I do use Alkaline Powder, and Apple Cyder Vinegar.
I have tried the health shop variety of CBD, but with no success. And it is really expensive.

Cannabinoids are effective however I would really dial in diet and have a look at training. (what's your diet/supplementation like and what kind of training do you follow?)

Well, actually I did.... and so we learn
I took it for 3 or 4 days, and then stopped, cause it was making me sick.
The biggest side effect for me ..... in my case it almost works like an aneasthetic. I take it before bed, but once I lie down, I can't get up. I can't move. It paralyses me. It was quite scary.
So no, this one was not the one for me. (sobbing)
When you are in pain, 24 x 7, everyday, all day, you become desperate for help.

Sjoe, how do I sum this up ? Hmmmmm. I will call it Fibromialgy type pain.
Sorry, difficult to sum up the last 10 years of my health. In short, I call it CFS / Fibromialgia.
I don't have contact with my dad's side of the family, so I also only now found out, that my grandmother had arthiritis, and that my dad and his brother have it too, and my younger sister has it.
So could this be arthiritus that was misdiagnosed as Fibro. Oh, for the record, my mom has Fibro.
SO ..... could it be both ? Fibro AND arthiritus.
My symptoms. I'm getting more and more stiff, all over - my feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, arms, shoulders. See, it is hard to describe, because it sits everywhere.
That is why I at least take A Vogel Alkaline, Apple Cyder Vinegar, and Curcumin. I try everything that is anti-inflammatory.
My neck gets so stiff, that I sometimes shouldn't drive, because I can't turn my head left and right.
I battle to walk, so I always have crutches in the car, just in case. Most days I will walk unassisted. And then I have that 1 day where my hip just says: Nope, sorry, get those crutches, I ain't walking today.

I would think cannabinoids can be very useful to you.
And I think it is good you are not taking chronic NSAIDs - I hate that shit.
I would consider carb intake to limit inflammation. Adding in some high quality sardines/salmon omega-3 oils. Do you take a good multi (maybe add some vitamin A D E and selenium)
Have you been prescribed Pregbalin?
Has your endo tried any other androgen therapy?

Sorry, I forgot to mention Omega. I take Solal's Omega 3 fish oil.
I have not heard of Pregbalin, I will have to Google that.
No, my Endo has not tried the Androgen therapy yet. And I've been postponing that part (rest of treatment), because the service at this hospital is really going from bad to worse.
She wants to book me in for more tests, but I don't want to sleep another night in that hospital. It is so sad, how bad our hospitals have become.

Unfortunately no one can give you medical advice other than your docs. Best hope is to find one you trust working with.
And on a side note.... Solal?   I highly recommend finding a better brand. Fuck those guys.

"Best hope is to find one you trust working with."
My biggest battle. That is why I am doing things my way this year.
Solal is bad ? I thought Solal and Solgar were 2 of the better brands.

As a rule of thumb, anyone that is in the "anti-ageing" should be approached with caution and skepticism.

Suddenly I am depressed. Don't worry, it is just me.
I really think, that 90% of the stuff in our pharmacies (sport & health section), are just "quacks". People jumping on the band wagon to make money.
An example is Moringa. When it was first launched, it was suddenly the miracle cure. Then other people started to copy them.
This is now happening to most of the stuff we buy. My probiotics are prescribed to me by a Functional doctor. The other day I walked into the pharmacy to buy a new bottle, but there was a new lady there. And guess what - she was not objective, she was a sales rep. So she tried to tell me how her brand is better than mine. So I lost my patience a bit there (my fault, I do apologise), and I started asking her what functional medicine is. She couldn't tell me.
It was a bit nasty perhaps, but I hate when sales reps force their stuff on me.
So, for certain products, at least I have a few good references. But mainly, 90% of it all, we just try and cope and educate ourselves.
I've just learnt, over the years, that FDA approved is better than no approval at all.
And I also learnt to stay away from the, may I call them, "Clicks cheapies ?". By that I mean, the cheapest vitamins you can find on the shelve. If you want quality, you will have to pay for quality.
Sorry, I am going to start ranting nowsorry. I am not having a good day.
