Non delivery of paid items

Howzit,

Apologies if this has been asked before, I normally don't post as I find everything with a bit of searching on the forum.

I've tried searching the forum for similar types of topics, but to no avail.

So, I want some advice on what steps I can take against a dealer who has received payment on my order from him and hasn't delivered. I've given the oke ample time (read months) and he has an excuse and a promise each time.

I've threatened police, etc. But I'm not sure if I can actually go to the police about buying gear.

Has anyone got any sort of advice I can try.

Can I go the police route and make a case of fraud for gym supplements?

Short term solution: Kick him in the teeth until he gives you back your money.
Long term solution: Look for a reliable supplier.

The oke used to be reliable.

I've since taken the muscles.co.za route and long term seems like the best solution.

Hoped there was more I could do.
One would think knowing someone for years this wouldn't happen...guess some people will eventually screw you over.

Don't get police involved in business that's not strictly above board. There's a risk you take and accept.

sincere advice, walk away. The contract beween you is criminal, unlawful. It is "contra bonos mores" meaning "against pubic values"; unenforceable, and probabaly falls under the "POCA" Act - the Prevention Of Organised Crime regs. Have a look at some of those penalties.. stay away
