RIP Mountain Dog - John Meadows was created by Muscleaddict

Sad day... John Meadows, the IFBB Pro and creator of the Mountain dog training system died in his sleep on Sunday aged 49 from a pulmonary embolism. He was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder last year.

Very sad indeed, I saw the most growth to my back after watching his vids in back training.
