I have a question regarding extreme jealousy paranoia while being on a cycle? Anyone experienced this before and is there something that can be taken to help with it?
Regards.

Just tone it down, slowly slowly catch a monkey. I will never use tren again, I have no requirement if I balance the pro and con. Even if you could sustain a cycle like that, it's eventually going to catch up one way or another. All of us / most of us have used silly doses, but with maturity and understanding, those numbers have become seriously dilated.

I have been given urbanol for use in mornings and alzam at night. However, I don't use everyday but when I feel like I need too... but honestly, at current, I feel they don't do much for me... esp the urbanol... thought doc prescribed me weak stuff? Not sure why it works that well for you guys and not for me?

Normally it's prescribed over xanor as there is a belief it's easier to come off. These meds are not meant to completely override your mind, you still need to put the effort in and be kind to your body and invest in yourself to create a better mental health state.
What is happening that you feel you need it? Are you getting chest pain, struggling to concentrate, hands go clamy, elevated heart rate, feel of impending doom?
Mindfulness is by far a much more powerful tool than the use of acute benzos, it just takes daily practice.
