MK 677 Ibutamoren for sleep

So I have been using a low dose of MK 677 from LP for a number of weeks now for sleep, at a dose of 2mg a day.
Results: I was getting around 3 or so hours of sleep before starting. I shared the data with admin and since starting it I am getting an average of 8 hours a night.
I do still have bad nights, but that is down to normal life factors, work, lots on your mind and so forth and by using mindfulness I am able to eventually get myself back to sleep during that patch.
Side effects: The only side effect I have got is a little water, which did throw my BP around a bit, so I included the diuretic which I am perscribed for my BP back into the mix and that took care of that and my BP is normal again.
I am scheduled for my next blood let next weekend where I will then tapper off the diuretic and see if I have any water return now that my body has gotten used to the MK 677.
Overall I am extremely impressed. I have had to use the heaviest of hitter medication for over 7 years to sleep after trying _EVERYTHING_. I'm talking two anti psychotics (first and second generation/ first for a tranquilizer and second generation to slow down my racing thoughts), and I would need a long acting sleeping pill / Dormnoct to help give me around 8 hours. The problem with that was having a massive hang over the next day and needing extremely potent and high doses of stimulants to wake me up. So uppers and downers every single day.
I have not needed to take any pschostimulants over the last month which is absolutely fantastic.
Any questions around the MK let me know.

Thanks, same here, tried to tapper the diuretic and it came back a bit. The little water compared to the massive increase hours of sleep is no comparison.

I took 7 drops 3 nights ago and lights out, I took 10 drops the night after that and was able to go back to sleep when I wokeup during the night but felt a little tired yesterday. Last night I took 5 drops, I was able to wakeup when I had a an alert that needed to be resolved for work and go back to sleep and up and ready for the day just after 4am.
So far no water retention and no changes to blood pressure.
Sleep stack.
2 Gabatropin 500mg
2 Melatonin (I think 300mg I could be wrong, will edit when I go look at the bottle later)
5 to 10 drops Mk 677.
The previous two compounds have been used for a few years. It feels as though the MK 677 activates the Gabatropin and makes me feel as if I had stopped it for months and taken for the first night again with fresh receptors again.

Is this a long term drug? Or do you need to cycle?
Any toxic to liver and kidneys?

The added water retention is not good if you have hypertension, but it's very mild on the kidneys otherwise and effects on the liver are negligible. Worst for long term is probably that it elevates blood sugar levels.

Im on 10mg every evening for more than a year now.
I sleep very well while on.
I dont have high sugar or water retension.
I was more concerned with kidneys and liver.

How were changes in morning fasted BG?
If you are someone who finds taking low dose somatropin (2iu - 3iu) at night before bed actually lessens sleep quality (difficulty falling asleep light sleeo, frequent waking), could one expect the same from the low dose MK677?
How would you include/modify the current protocol if addiming in a MK677 microdose for sleep if one is already taking low dose somatropin once per day at night?

I found the side effects of water retention / 5 to 10 points in BP elevation because of it caused me to back out.
I also have negative effects to taking HGH at night, hence use it during the day. Have you actually tested your IGF levels prior to using GH and seeing if you are deficient or normal? That would probably determine my dosing protocol, if it was normal I wouldn't ever use HGH at night as you already have a pulse.
Maybe give the MK677 a try for yourself and give your feedback, would be interesting to know.
