Hi Guys

I need some advice please.
I am 51j old, 178cm and 89kg. Been on my first injectable cycle (Test 500 @ 500mcg once a week for 8 weeks now, plan to run it for 2 more)
My question is, Can I use CJC and HGH Frag from now on to help with cutting?

What does your diet look like? To be honest, I feel your test is too high, but that's just me, what are your vitals? Blood pressure? Fasted blood sugar? At 51 I would be checking these things.

Cutting is all about being in a caloric deficit.

That comes from 1. Eating less. 2. Moving more. 3. Combination of both. Then thermogenic agents there after. It's in that priority that fat loss happens. So no those drugs won't do anything without 1 and 2 being or 3 being covered.

Hi Empire,

Why do you say my test is too high? I am currently training 5 days a week and doing 10min of high intensity cardio before each session. My diet is relatively healthy, but not counting calories. I haven't done any bloods however I do plan to do it soon. Any advice will be much appreciated, thanks.

if you read any of the stuff I have been writing or suggesting over the last couple of years, I don't believe you should take testosterone at 3mg per kg. so you at 89kgs would be at 270mg per week.


it's all relevant to the goal.

first, I wouldn't do cardio, or HIIT Cardio before training, rather LISS pre-training for 10mins can be a warm-up sure. HIIT should be no more than 2x a week, away from the workout. Workout is going to be the priority, so why pre-exhaust yourself?

this is the biggest issue I see, if you are eating too much you will gain weight, not enough, lose weight, but if you have no idea what you are consuming on a daily basis, you have no guidelines. it's like saying I want to save some money, but some days you look at your bank balance, and somedays you don't. some days you swipe your card without looking at the price, some days you look at the price. you need to have some idea as to what you are eating, how much you are eating, and what the response is.
