So I tend to want to snack when stressed,

Got a shitty week coming up and know that Im going to be hella snacky and irritated if I dont have something to chew.


Currently its sugar free gum, but that only helps so much, What else can I pop in the old pie hole and chew on that wont make me a fat disappointment? Its not a hunger thing, its a habit and therapy thing

I would cut out the gum. That just going to make you more hungry. And that can become a problem.

You can add in your water. Those flavors drops.

Try biltong. Or homemade brownies. Just watch the calories end of day. They will add up.

My low calorie dense healthy snack is Ster Kinekor light popcorn. Its 50g carbs, only 5g fat per bag but fulls you up pretty well for under 300 calories.

That along with 70g Springbok biltong and some blueberries is a meal for me when dieting. 500 calories all in for everything.

The issue was really we had been deep in deficit for 10 weeks straight, so we've upped calories to get him out of the hump for the next 2 weeks to reset some hormones and give him a break a little. And then back into it. Working with his body and mental stress vs against it.

So on instagram I found a baked oats recipie

Not bad, But not something I can nibble on. Def not hungy, especially after Empire changed up my diet, 600 calories more!

Like i told him, its more a stress thing, like a smoker smokes more when when stressed, i chew more. Hence the chappies
