Med lemon + sleep works for me

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

Classic1 sleep might be 'slightly disturbed' with your approach.

Warning to all yall that want to train with the flu, very bad idea.

The flu makes the body release more white blood cells and the increased white blood cells inflame the lining of the heart trying to fight the infection, it is at this time when your heart is under the most stain so its best to rather down a protein shake and put your feet up on the couch, that would be a more anabolic approach apposed to lifting a few dum bells.

Cool,Thats what i would do!B)

Sniffles - dont worry to much. If it moves to your chest - stop.
But the rule of thumb; If you feel crap dont train.
