Not many pros on this platform. Or many guys that compete for that matter.

I have been coaching now for 12 years, and all I coach myself, I've worked with a few brilliant coaches one of them being Ken skip hill in the USA who mentored me for 4 years too.

I coach myself and it is one of the hardest things to do, and 00pump and LesDoctor and obelix can testify to what condition I bring to stage but mostly les and 00pump will know the mental anguish I go through with self doubt and over thinking my process but I always stick to my plan. My suggestion is working with a coach so you actually have a frame of reference.

Unbelievable condition, but purely because you have the ability to train yourself as a coach, be brutally honest with yourself and reassess and tweak and change what needs work and even change your entine game plan if that is what is required. And it also comes with constant knowledge gain.

I doubt you can get very far in bodybuilding without a coach, there is just want to many elements at bay. Its also easy to neglect things you don't feel like focusing on.

Get a coach that has credentials too and not a cookie cutter coach, that puts everyone on the same gear, same dose, same training protocol, etc.
