i want to start again. but i dont have time to train natural anymore, i am 56 .so would like to get to 85 , 90 kg fast, then maintain it. maybe even do a contest, 1 time. just for kicks.
also what would you guys here do for a first cycle. to blow up fast, then maintain

Be realistic about your potential. What are your genetics like and what shape are you in now?
Prepping for a comp isn't for someone who hasn't got time. it's a huge commitment and lifestyle change. Diet is way harder than the gym part. If you're a hard gainer don't waste your time compromising your health (which you will) with unrealistic goals from lots of steroids at 56 to compete. If you were a jacked natural speciman after 10+ of training it's a different story. Sure you will benefit greatly from muscle memory and gain back muscle fast. Building new muscle you have not had before is very tough when you're older even with high dose steroids. Especially legs.
Steroids can't do magic with average genetics in a year over 50. At your age rather see now you respond to a reasonable safe cycle, the go on TRT and stay on it. Gym will instantly be way more rewarding. Good chance you'll never feel 'normal' like you did before if you abuse stuff now anyway. Either way, get bloodwork done first before you start planning drugs and doses. Complete blood count, blood sugar, thyroid, kidneys, liver, lipids hormones, get an ecg.
Testosterone + Anavar. Safest injectable and safest oral and you could still place in a local show without more.
