Thank you for the explanation. As far as we are aware, she has slightly raised insulin levels, however her low glucose levels are mostly due to an underproduction of glucagon.
She mostly experiences lows after consuming foods containing carbs or sugar without any fat or protein sources.
When consuming too much carbs along with proteins she also experiences lows, however not nearly as bad as without any source of protein or fat.
She however does limit her intake of simple carbs and tries to consume vertually no processed sugar, including cane sugar, when consuming carbs she does try to limit it to complex carbs as advised in an attempt to keep her blood glucose levels more stable.
Which has been working very well.
