Sup guys.

Just got bloods done for total test just to see where levels are at out of curiosity and came back at 16.7 nmol/L ( 481ng dl ).

Is this a healthy level for an average 32 year old male? On no anabolics for more than 2 years now

You want to see what free test is.

Depends what you deem normal?

Someone who sleeps 8 hours a day?
Trains 4 days a week?
Eats healthy?
No stress in life?

Those things will have an impact on your test levels

Hi Empire,

Normal as in just remaining healthy as a natural individual.

I do mainly work late nights ( end at 12pm ) , have a balanced diet and only train twice a week ( 1 day full upper body and another lower body )

I have no symptoms of low test tho just curious if that is a normal number for an average 32 year old male
