Higher than ideal for everything for long term if you were asking a doctor, but you aren't here. I've done slightly worse with bloods for a few years in a row, and I should have been more conservative but who wants to lose muscle. But I did give blood, and took BP meds as well to offset the affect of the hematocrit.
If you are trying to do it the healthier way then drop the dose 10%. A doc would want you to drop it even more. If you can maintain a BP of around 120/80 then I wouldn't worry as much.
The honeymoon period on TRT lasts about 6 months or a bit longer for some, and then whatever dose you're on becomes the new normal and dropping the dose would take some adjusting when it comes to energy levels and general feeling of well-being.
