Hey guys, so been suffering last few days with some really bad "tennis elbow" pain. Even without lifting just day to day movements of my arm can be painful. So was thinking.....low dose deca like 50-100mg every 3 works or bpc157 for a quick recovery and pain free workouts? Whats the suggestions?

bpc. Deca can aid by pulling water into a joint capsule, and help with lubrication.
Tennis elbow is an overuse issue and an inflammation of tissue, so get dry needling done and add in BPC to improve blood flow and relieve inflammation and stop training tricep movements and bicep movements for about 2 weeks.
