Tremfya(Guselkumab)

Good day guys and girls, It’s been a long time. I started training a month ago after nearly ten years. This topic is non steroid related and more health related. I’ve been struggling with psoriasis for 39 years and tried everything available in the whole world. Last year I found a wonderful product that I used for 6 months and it cleared my skin for the next 6 months. Needless to say the Psoriasis is back with a vengeance. It is called Tremfya and is manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceuticals. For 6 months you need 4 pre-loaded injections at R33 000 each. Discovery paid a portion of the R33 000 x 4 for the first time and now refuse to contribute. My question to anybody on the forum is: Do you know of anybody or place in the world from where I can obtain it at a reasonable price ? When couriered it has to be kept cold at all times. Thank You

The question is, how is your diet? I have clients who have bad flare-ups when they eat high amounts of certain carbs, such as sugary/ processed foods. Have you tried to eliminate those foods from your diet?
done any blood work to check CRP and HB1ac, and fasted insulin and glucose?

Good day Empire, with all due respect, I understand you are only trying to help. I am 62 and live a very social life. I’ve been on medication and diets for 39 years. The only thing that ever helped me is Tremfya and if I can’t have it then nothing else matters.
