Painful knots was created by Wayne
I have this knots on the inside of my shoulder blades, they really can be quite painful, esp when i try doing barbell or dumbell rows. I took multiple voltren injections as well as a cortico-steroid injection. Used deep heat, ice-man, put ice packs, sat in hot water, nothing seems to help. Went for phsio, that old hag there told me to stop training! Told me to lift very light weights and dont waste my time lifting heavy weights and taking any supplements! You can imagine- i never set foot there again! Any ideas what i can do to get rid of these knots?

Had something bit simiar once. Also same place, dropped my weights to third of what I used to do and x3 my reps per set for 2 weeks. Only dropped the weights that was applicible to sore area.

It helped me to recover and the Norflex also might have something to do with it.

(Chiro is also very god idea)

Thanks alot dj, i was contemplating that as a last option! A buddy of mine is err, well, very friendly with this female chiro, so he kinda hooked me up to go see her, but somehow i feel awkward! Will let you know how it goes and if i need to see a better chiro!

wayne do u do behind the neck shoulder presses or pulldowns behind the neck??

one prof also once told me to stop eating huge amounts of protien, for my liver and kidney functions, and that i should start to train less then...

he was an old guy but fuck il never go there again!!

did exactly what he told me not to do, and that was 5 years ago, and my liver and kidneys are 100%

well i duno if it will work for ur shoulder blades, maybe try it, but i also did behind the neck shoulder presses, real heavy, and it fucket up my rotator cuffs (spell) a bid so i juz switch to the front then.

now no problem, same with heavy behind the neck pulldowns, i juz change it to the front.
