Shout out to all the camara's and Admin

I,ve been lying in bed for the last 4 weeks so you think about a lot of stuff.

Part of that time was filled with reading sport mags, internet ect. Part of that was filled with frustration cause every mag got 'bout 2 pages dedicated to guys that only on USN look like monsters.

I have no idea how many guys are on this forum, a lot from what I gather. As for how many of you are proffesional BB, I dont know either.

This is my idea, and Admin will have to decide this.

Everyone allways promise to give feedback but you never really see it happen. As far as I know it is only DJ hat have posted before and after pics.


Why don't we get our own "before and after" gallery? Of course without the faces. The winner (every 6 months?) get something, even if its just a PGW T-shirt. Just for a bit of motivation for everyone out there so they can see what can be done through hard work.

Like at the moment there are 25 members and 120 guests logged on. I promise u guys that look at this site wants to see what can be achieved by Commen Jo (no pun intented Jo1:P ) that you see every day that works from 8-5.

We need to get a gallery like that, as before and after pics will also provide newbie's with motivation.
And also, results can be seen from certain routines, and certian products etc etc...

I will after Winter.

But certain body markings will be taken out.( Face / scares / tatoos)

I will only post pics once my chest has grown a bit more.

(plus I need a camara first)

I fully agree Asidkidsa, take out distinguished markings & faces, aim is to show people out there what can be done by everyday people. You dont need to be a BB to post your pics either but I think it will be a big help in analysing your problems (should you have any) and since ur ananimous its bit of fun as well!

I know muscle science has a section like this on their forum.

That I will leave for the more proffesional people to decide, keeping it as simple as possible I suppose.

Let's see what I can do.... the site already contains the tools for the job, but just have to look into the security aspect of allowing users to upload to the gallery...
