Hi Guys, firstly I would like to thank you all for making this one of my favourite sites to visit, I dig it that ppl will take time and share their experiences which makes it all the easier for novices to understand that this is a life style and not quick fix, just by reading thru the forums I got most of my answer and results, and never needed to post, Since its suggest to train for a year in here before even trying out cycles I did just that but i read now some where this should be two years, I don’t get soar anymore been training now for a year exactly and ppl are talking about me which is good, but I need help hey. Its time wanna try out my first cycle.
So I want to ask permission if I may email anyone that can get me started in the rite direction. .

davage first things first bud,give us your stats...height weight age,and then we can look at it from there,also what does your diet look like? this could be the make or break factor...what are your goals?to get bigger or to get lean? all of these are quite essential

Thanks you guys for the quick reply, Jo1 I found a copy for 40bucks this weekend will get it.
I’m 28 /1,79M I weigh only 83kg I’m really still very small the only thing is I have no fat like no fat at all so even at my weight I’m naturally ripped. I just can’t gain weight. I need to gain guys been at 83 for awhile now, as for my diet I try to eat anything in site, but mostly comprising of protein and carbs lots of tuna, fish, red meat, Pasta, lots of peanuts, even fish oils, Flaxseed Oils u name it, I break out my meals 4-6 times a day to keep up the diet and protein intake and for those protein whey shakes and mass complex, I’ve done all of them, in imo those things at deschem is a rip off. My goal is to hit 100Kg.

if u not gaining weight then u are not eating enough...u say u eat anything in sight but i bet u even that is not enough... what u may think is enough is not anywhere near the right amount i may think is enough....i can help u with your dieting but i do charge for diets... unfortunately i feel that people will stick to something alot more if they pay for the advice they receive than going to get it for free.also its my time and effort to work out a customed plan for u...

u might need to look at changing up your training style a bit...change the rep ranges u are using change some exercises...everything will stimulate muscle growth in the end... what does your training split look like?

lol, Maybe i got worms ?!? hey if you put something extra extra into that diet ill defnatly pay,:P lol. No serriously, i Actualy have got a great body type, i can pick up a stone and i build + im ripped ppl hate me for this, just been at this weight for awhile when as before i picked up well .
I work pyramid schemes normaly start of on lighter weights at 12 reps 3-4 sets depends on how i feel den i increase the weight, i make sure that on the last set i have enough weight to push no less and no more than 7 reps, ie: on the 6 rep im really strugling and on 7, i allso try to trick my body in not doing the same exercises for the same muscle type every third week.
Wot ever it take to pick up alil i would want to work with you, wots the costs on your diets, lets do this i need to pick up.
so how do we go about this ?
