wayne... what does your diet and training program look like? this is one of the signs of over training.... also if u are using cellmaxx and thermo burn before u train and u are training at night then that your problem... rule of thumb with stimulants is dont take them 6 hours before sleep....
signs of over training is difficulty getting to sleep and difficulty getting up in the mornings...generally happens when doing to much cardio and training with not enough food...

Admin... You got pink bedding???I also struggle to sleep, but that is because I have a pet Meerkat that's scratching my ass at night. And don't even try to take it out of bed as it will bite the shit out of you when it climbs back.

yep deffinaely elevated blood pressure but that depends on your age as well. Bro 2 mgs of diazepam 1 hr before bed will sort u out nice and proper. Stay away from sleeping pills cause they get you used to them very quick then its even harder to sleep. But if you can get ahold of some pax 5 and split them in half thas should sort you out lekker
